Services & Estimates

Information on this site (including any pricing, promotions, or financing references) is provided for convenience and may change without notice. Final pricing and scope of work are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Scheduling, Access & Cancellation

Service is scheduled by phone or through the request form on this site. Submitting a request starts a conversation; it does not by itself create a booking, and a visit is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly. Arrival windows are estimates — emergency calls are triaged ahead of routine work, so a routine appointment may move. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, call (217) 698-5500 as early as you can.

Someone of legal age needs to be present to give our technician access to the property and to authorise work. Please make sure the equipment and any shutoffs are reachable. If we cannot safely reach the work area, or conditions at the property make the work unsafe, we may reschedule.

Emergency and 24/7 Service

We answer calls around the clock for plumbing, heating and cooling emergencies across Springfield & Sangamon County. Describing a situation to us — by phone, by form, or by any other channel on this site — does not create a guaranteed response time. If you have a gas leak, smell gas, or face any immediate risk to life or property, leave the building and call your utility or 911 first, then call us.

Payment and Financing

We never collect or store card details on this website. Online payments are handled by SwipeSimple, and financing applications by Optimus, each on their own hosted pages and under their own terms. Any financing amount, rate or term is set and approved by the finance provider, not by us, and eligibility is theirs to decide. Where a deposit is required for equipment or a scheduled installation, we tell you in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

The content of this site — the text, photographs, graphics, the Allied Plumbing, Heating & Cooling name and logo, and the arrangement of it all — belongs to us or to our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
