Allied is the most professional service company I have ever worked with. The service technician, Larry, was extremely professional and courteous. I have never had a repairman use protective shoe covers when entering my home ... but Larry did. The men that came the next day to install my new furnace were just as professional, and showed up on time! But the most impressive thing was getting a call from Larry that evening to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I am recommending Allied to everyone I know.

I was VERY satisfied with the service done by Jim of Allied. He was able to show up earlier than the response time that was quoted when I called my problem in. When I explained the problem with my air conditioner external compressor fan running constantly, he knew how to fix it without further diagnosis. THIS is the reason I called Allied (the phone book said they service TRANE A/C, which is what I had.) He explained the process to repair my A/C, and gave me a reasonable quote. I think his truck was only parked in my driveway for 30 minutes. I will definitely call Allied for my next heating/cooling issue, and will recommend them to friends.

“My husband and my heat went out the other day. Of course, we called Allied. They arrived at the time that was most convenient for us. I was at work, but the technician met with my husband. My husband said that the technician, John, was extremely helpful and fixed the problem on the spot and showed my husband what he can do the next time it might go out! All of your employees were knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Michael Miller always kept me informed of the situation and even answered my panic call on a Saturday night. The total on the invoice was unexpectedly low. I am extremely pleased and grateful.

The service was fantastic. I recommend this company to all of my friends. Honest and trustworthy company that provides great customer service. Mike Miller did an excellent job of being able to locate the part and having it overnighted so it could be installed the next day. He really cares about the customer. The service technicians (John M and Bryan W) that came out to install the part were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were doing and stayed around to make sure the house was cooling properly. Great Job.

I want to compliment you on the two gentlemen who installed my new Trane furnace and air conditioner.  It was a joy having them here.  I’ve never had such wonderful workmen here before, I hated to see them finish their work and leave.  These men turned something I dreaded coping with into a pleasurable experience.  One of the men was Bruce, and I am pleading old age, but I can’t remember the other name (it was Kevin )  They are a credit to your company.
